Full-Time Director Global Treasury

About the Role: Director, Global Treasury. Lead Gemini's Treasury team.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate leadership and ownership of Treasury operations.
• Oversee cash management (customer deposits/withdrawals, intercompany cash).
• Develop funding strategies and ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Manage corporate cash and digital asset portfolio.
• Perform timely bank reconciliations.
• Manage risk exposures (funding, liquidity, capital).
• Develop pricing & capital allocation framework.
• Streamline operations through automation.
• Monitor capital & liquidity across business lines.
• Manage FX exposures.
• Manage liquidity for spot and derivatives products.
• Partner with FP&A on cash flow forecasting.
• Support Legal & Compliance through controls, policies.
• Oversee banking relationships and negotiate fees.
• Source capital markets relationships.
• Mentor and develop staff.
• Develop strategy for Treasury function growth.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of progressive responsibility in Treasury.
• Global Treasury experience.
• Knowledge of spot and derivatives trading.
• Strong analytical, financial, and systems skills.
• Proven cross-functional relationship building.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to drive process improvement through technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance; MBA a plus.
• Desire to work in a diverse environment.

Salary Range: $240,000 - $360,000 (NY, CA, WA).
