Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and operationalize the AI strategy for Global Marketing.
- Prioritize and enable AI use cases with Marketing leaders.
- Create and maintain best practices and governance for AI applications.
- Drive and demonstrate value, ensuring measurable business impact.
- Build and lead a thriving AI community within Global Marketing.
- Represent Global Marketing in enterprise-wide AI programs.
- Track market shifts and emerging AI capabilities.
Requirements:
- 15+ years overall experience with 10+ in marketing, transformation, or data-driven innovation, including 2–3 years in an AI-focused leadership role.
- Proven track record delivering AI-powered programs from concept through scale.
- Experience establishing AI governance and ethics frameworks.
- Proficiency with AI agents, LLMs, and generative AI tools.
- Change leader with the ability to turn vision into outcomes at scale.
- Exceptional communicator and collaborator.
- Passion for building future-ready talent and fostering a culture of innovation.
