Full-Time Director of AI Solutions (Data Science)

• Advanced AI Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the technical design, development, and architecture of AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Strategic Client Engagement & Technical Advisory: Serve as a technical advisor to clients, guiding them from planning to implementation of AI and GenAI projects.
• Technical Implementation & Oversight: Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Thought Leadership & Innovation: Drive thought leadership in GenAI, large language models (LLMs), and emerging AI techniques.
• Business Development Support & Technical Scoping: Participate in presales activities, providing technical expertise for proposal development.
• AI Strategy & Roadmapping: Collaborate with clients to translate business challenges into AI strategies and technical roadmaps.
• Project Leadership & Execution: Lead and manage technical workstreams within complex projects.
• Service Evolution & Go-to-Market: Contribute to the development of AI and Generative Solutions offerings.

• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting or solution architecture, with 5-7 years focused on AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Deep technical expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) technologies, including LLMs, diffusion models, and agentic AI systems.
• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LangGraph, Crew.ai.
• Programming experience in Python.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and MLOps practices.
• Strong client engagement and communication skills.
• Proven track record in business development.
• Exceptional strategic consulting abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
