Job Details
The Solutions Director will drive our U.S. expansion by identifying client challenges in banking, private equity, and venture capital. This role requires building client relationships and offering innovative solutions. Main Tasks:
- Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Facilitate clients in exploring business challenges.
- Participate in consulting and implementation projects.
- Define project scope and create project plans.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations.
- Act as a translator between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Monitor customer satisfaction.
- Identify business opportunities.
- Support other divisions.
- 7-10 years of consultancy experience in the financial sector.
- Sales-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record in delivering complex solutions.
- Strong project management skills.
- International experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally (around 10%).
