Full-Time Director of Estimating - Semiconductor Manufacturing

• Strong leadership skills, experience leading a cost management team.
• Lead communications with the client and oversight of cost management team services.
• Lead research related to construction market conditions.
• Produce thought leadership reports providing valuable insights.
• Lead the strategic and operational management of Cost Management Services.
• Grow and develop exceptional people, promoting a culture of learning, respect and inclusivity.
• Ensure key information and learning is inputted into internal databases and shared.
• Identify and act upon ways to improve internal systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits.
• Develop priority plans including risk mitigation.
• Undertake internal BMS audits.
• Develop a detailed understanding of the market and create a pipeline of opportunity.
• Participate in meetings with Senior leadership and deliver presentations
• Track revenue, margin levels, and monthly fees.
• Preparation of proposals/RFP responses for new clients/projects.
• Attend relevant networking events.
• Support the training and mentorship of current staff.
• Proactively partner with talent acquisition team.
• Be a role model.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant Estimating and construction project cost management experience.
• 2+ years managing high performing cost management teams.
• Prior people management experience.
• Proven track record of managing successful cost management service delivery.
• Exceptional Business development acumen.
• Major construction sector experience.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
• Semi-conductor / manufacturing experience preferred.
