Full-Time Director of Finance

At Function Health, our mission is to revolutionize healthcare. We are a fast-growing health technology company seeking a highly motivated Director of Finance.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead financial modeling (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts)
2. Provide regular updates, ensuring alignment with business goals.
3. Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate business drivers into financial projections.
4. Assess & refine the procurement process for efficiency & compliance.
5. Establish & enforce procurement policies & procedures.
6. Negotiate vendor agreements.
7. Oversee & optimize cash management.
8. Develop & deliver actionable insights to support budget owners.
9. Monitor variances & recommend corrective actions.
10. Maintain accurate & up-to-date forecasts (vendor expenses & headcount).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
• 7+ years progressive finance experience, focused on forecasting/procurement/financial planning
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling & forecasting tools
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive process improvements & implement best practices
• Experience in a high-growth/startup environment preferred
