THE ROLE: We seek a seasoned marketing leader to drive strategy and execution for our Brand and Demand teams. This role will be crucial in growing pipeline and owning the website roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Brand and Demand Generation teams to achieve pipeline growth goals.
- Partner with execs and other departments to develop quarterly OKRs and execute bi-weekly sprints.
- Own website roadmap aligned with brand positioning, product evolution, and demand gen.
- Shape creative direction, partnering with design and content.
- Partner with VP Marketing to optimize budget and talent strategy for paid, organic, and partner channels.
Content Strategy & Alignment:
- Oversee content roadmap, balancing high-value assets like thought leadership and case studies with product content.
- Partner with Sales and CS to develop impactful sales enablement materials.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment for cohesive go-to-market focus.
GTM & Product Launches:
- Orchestrate GTM campaigns with Product, Sales, and CS to maximize revenue impact.
- Ensure clear messaging and sales enablement for product launches.
Paid Media Strategy:
- Lead paid acquisition strategy, scaling performance marketing channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for pipeline contribution.
- Ensure seamless coordination between brand and paid media.
People Management:
- Mentor and develop marketing talent, setting clear priorities and metrics.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and CS.
Pipeline & Revenue Targets:
- Own pipeline targets across brand, demand, and partner marketing.
- Align closely with Sales leadership to maximize funnel impact.
- Optimize marketing attribution and performance tracking.
AI & Technology:
- Scale content output by training AI on high-performing content.
- Automate repetitive tasks with AI agents.
- Implement AI for personalized ad creative, content, and targeting.
Skills Needed:
- 7+ years of revenue marketing experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience scaling marketing from $10M to $50M ARR.
- Strong expertise in content marketing, creative direction, and website strategy.
- Understanding of performance marketing and paid media.
