We’re seeking a Paid Media Manager to develop and execute high-performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.
You will lead client accounts from the start, managing budgets, planning omni-channel strategies, and optimizing campaigns for growth.
This client-facing role requires professional fluency in English and confidence in presenting insights to stakeholders.
You will collaborate closely with account leads and creative teams to deliver outstanding ROI for e-commerce clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Forecast outcomes and establish KPIs for each campaign.
- Manage campaigns from launch to optimization, focusing on ROAS/CPA goals.
- Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters on ad creative.
- Analyze campaign data (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Create weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Act as the primary contact for all paid media matters.
- Present performance reports and explain complex data to clients.
- Identify new paid channels, campaign types, and testing opportunities.
- Stay updated on platform changes and media trends.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tracking.
- Strong analytical skills, using Excel/Sheets for reporting.
- Experience with attribution and funnel reporting.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Client-facing experience and confidence in presenting to stakeholders.
Work Style:
- Self-starter in a remote, asynchronous environment.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Shopify, Klaviyo, or performance creative workflows.
