The Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Gen will take ownership of large-scale demand gen marketing initiatives by developing, executing, and influencing programs to drive awareness, demand and opportunity creation in the financial institutions & lending verticals at PayNearMe.
We’re looking for a results-driven marketer who will be responsible for planning, building and optimizing demand gen initiatives, including inbound, outbound, events and SDR-led campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have strong B2B marketing experience and be familiar with marketing to financial institutions such as lenders, banks and/or credit unions.
Lead the planning and execution of demand gen initiatives, with a mix of strategic thinking and creative execution capabilities.
Oversee the creation of comprehensive demand generation campaigns for new client acquisition and opportunity creation.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, SDRs, and other departments to deliver segmented campaigns aligned with revenue team goals.
Hands-on collaboration with a variety of external vendors and partners, including design, paid advertising and content writing resources.
Report on the effectiveness of campaigns with a mix of data analysis and storytelling to cut through the noise and implement concrete recommendations for improvement.
Understand how to use different channels and tactics to reach different audiences, such as events, digital marketing, paid social, partnerships and email.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B demand gen marketing, with a focus on SaaS or technology products
- Strong background in campaign development and program execution
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale marketing projects
- Experience marketing to mid-large sized financial institutions, such as banks, credit unions, and/or lenders

Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
