ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Product Management for the AI Platform to drive world-class product enablement and evangelism across the ServiceNow ecosystem. This role requires an action-oriented leader to execute the go-to-market strategy and own the customer-facing platform value proposition narrative.
Key Responsibilities:

- Direct at-scale enablement within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Work with Inbound and Outbound Product Management leaders to influence future product roadmap.
- Ensure successful launch of new products and solutions.
- Create a standard approach for enablement across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Develop content creation strategies to support the adoption of ServiceNow platform.
- Participate in the development of demo narratives.
- Build and manage a team.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in business service process management/development/consulting.
- 5+ years of experience in the implementation, use, and deployment of the ServiceNow platform.
- 4+ years of experience in driving product sales and enablement.
- 2+ years of experience in leading cross-functional, matrix organizations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent people skills.
