Position Overview: The Director of Product will serve as the central conduit of information across sales, marketing, content, design, development, and operations. This role is charged with owning the full product lifecycle from concept through launch to ongoing optimization.
What You'll Do:
- Develop, own, and maintain a product roadmap for a defined market or product line within the Healthcare portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment of roadmap with business objectives, customer needs, and revenue targets.
- Act as the primary conduit of product information, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across sales, marketing, operations, and development.
- Partner with content teams to ensure offerings are accurate, compliant, and aligned to market needs.
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies with sales and marketing leaders.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis.
- Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Monitor healthcare industry standards, compliance requirements, and regulatory changes.
- Define and track key product performance metrics.
- Build business cases for new initiatives.
- Drive accountability across teams to achieve revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction goals.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or strategic product role.
- Bachelor's degree required; Technology, Healthcare Administration, Education or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated history of bringing products to market and driving measurable business growth.
- Experience aligning product strategy with enterprise goals and managing stakeholder expectations
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks, clinical workflows, or learning accreditation standards.
- Experience with Salesforce, or other LMS platforms.
