Full-Time Director of Product Design

HRS' Product Management department is a critical function in driving the success of the company's Lodging-as-a-Service (LaaS) platform.

As the Director of Product Design (all genders), you will spearhead our efforts to deliver an unparalleled, Apple-like user experience across our platforms, with a special focus on utilizing advanced AI technologies.

• Proven track record as a leader in customer experience, specifically in environments heavily utilizing AI.
• Strong expertise in AI applications and their impact on user experience.
• Exceptional ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, AI, Computer Science, UX Design, or a related field.

• Create the AI-driven and Apple-like Customer Experience vision and detail the strategic roadmap.
• Lead the product and engineering organization.
• Establish a customer experience performance metrics framework.
• Establish a target customer experience standard.
• Engage with platform partners.
• Identify and partner with technologically enabling solutions.
