Full-Time Director of Product Design

What you'll do:

• Lead with Vision and Strategy: Lead and scale our Product Design team, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative culture. Drive design strategy aligned with business objectives and exceptional customer experiences.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product & Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution. Champion design thinking across the organization.
• Deliver Impact: Focus on customer and business outcomes, using data and user insights. Craft world-class customer experiences.
• Build and Develop Talent: Grow and mentor a talented design team, providing coaching and career development. Foster a culture of design excellence.
• Drive Innovation: Embed cutting-edge AI prototyping tools into our design process.
