Full-Time Director of Product Management

Civitas Learning is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the evolution of our market-leading Student Impact Platform. This leader will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, guiding the team in execution.

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate a clear, compelling product vision for the unified Student Impact Platform.
• AI Integration Leadership: Champion the integration of AI capabilities into the platform. Ensure our AI strategy is executed as a practical, "human-in-the-loop" solution.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, manage, and mentor a product team. Foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and deep customer empathy.
• Roadmap & Execution: Oversee the product roadmap from conception through launch. Work with your team to translate the vision into detailed requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful, timely delivery of new capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key partner to leaders in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and others.
• Market & Customer Intelligence: Become an expert on the higher education market, the competitive landscape, and the evolving needs of institutional leaders.

8+ years of experience in software product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing a team. Demonstrated experience defining and launching data-intensive or AI-powered products.

• Experience in the EdTech sector or with SaaS products built for the higher education market.
• Direct product leadership experience with student success platforms, advising tools, or enrollment management technology.
• Direct experience with generative AI product development and integration.
