Full-Time Director of Product Management, Curation (Remote)

• Understand Curation and supply-side data activation within the AdTech ecosystem.
• Own the product's commercial success, including P&L accountability and pricing strategy.
• Define and promote the vision for Curation-related products, aligning strategy with AdTech trends and client needs.
• Lead teams to deliver scalable, future-ready data activation solutions through ecosystem integrations.
• Engage with clients and partners to uncover opportunities and validate product direction.
• Own the product roadmap, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic goals.
• Guide and mentor a team of Product Managers.
• Drive go-to-market planning and enablement, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success.
• Measure product success through KPIs and market insights.

• 10+ years in product management, with 3+ years leading teams in the AdTech or MarTech space.
• Experience leading the development and launch of data-driven products across the programmatic ecosystem.
• Experience delivering end-to-end product roadmaps.
• Experience building and scaling product teams.
• Understanding of Agile product development cycles.
• Experience communicating product updates to internal and external partners.
