Full-Time Director of Product Management, Demand Generation

• Define and execute a product strategy for demand generation and the company’s website.
• Drive roadmap and prioritization of features for lead conversion and engineering velocity.
• Partner with marketing, operations, sales, and franchise development to align on goals.
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams for product releases.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize the lead lifecycle.
• Build scalable automations and systems.
• Develop a unified intake platform strategy.
• Drive a testing and experimentation culture.
• Ensure lead tracking, attribution, and conversion metrics are accurate.
• Act as a product partner to franchises, surfacing pain points and creating scalable solutions.
• Meet key demand goals including traffic, conversion rate, and cost per customer.
• Continuously test and iterate on user flows and content integrations.
• Guide build vs. buy decisions related to marketing automation and CRM integration.

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years in a growth or demand generation-focused role.
• Deep understanding of lead funnel dynamics and marketing automation.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (Sanity, Contentful).
• Deep understanding of SEO and Local SEO.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
