Who You AreA strategic and visionary product management leader passionate about integration strategies across the security technology landscape. You will lead Ontic's integration strategy, focusing on connecting our platform with third-party systems (risk intelligence feeds, access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, identity management, and building automation). Your goal is to enhance security operations, improve situational awareness, and deliver seamless user experiences for clients.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the end-to-end integration product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
- Collaborate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to identify and prioritize integration opportunities.
- Understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and technology trends.
- Work closely with sales, customer success, and partnerships to prioritize integration needs.
- Lead a product management team focusing on API platforms, third-party integrations, and ecosystem connectivity.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable integration solutions with strong engineering collaboration.
- Define KPIs and measure integration product success, constantly improving usability, performance, and adoption.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to support the launch and adoption of integration features.
- Communicate integration strategy internally and externally.
- Mentor and lead the product management team while remaining hands-on.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing API platforms, complex integration ecosystems, or developer products.
- Strong technical background in APIs, data pipelines, or middleware.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in agile product development.
- Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or system integrations is preferred.
- Experience with product-led growth and platform ecosystem strategies is a plus.
