Blue Mantis is seeking a strategic leader to direct product marketing initiatives. You’ll shape our go-to-market strategy, build brand awareness, and generate demand.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute go-to-market and positioning strategy.
- Drive customer acquisition through targeted campaigns.
- Own the product marketing roadmap.
- Drive awareness and adoption.
- Align customer-facing employees with product education.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on product marketing KPIs.
- 7+ years in B2B product marketing, ideally in cybersecurity and/or enterprise IT.
- Strong storytelling skills.
- Track record of owning and launching go-to-market strategies.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
- Hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong across brand, content, demand generation, and product marketing.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics and marketing automation.
- Willingness to learn about AI applications in content creation.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 suite and Adobe Acrobat.
