Full-Time Director, Product Development

Responsibilities

• Drive strong client satisfaction through deliverables and support for complex projects.
• Define and execute analytic strategy aligned with client expectations.
• Review/advise on project execution elements (design, feasibility, timing).
• Serve as a strategic client partner, understanding business needs and innovation process.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to strengthen relationships through value-added analytics, validations, training, etc.
• Ensure the success of client deliverables, including final review.
• Lead presentations with clients to add senior-level perspective.
• Act as expert on call, resolving issues and supporting challenging topics.
• Manage team workload and engagement.
• Provide performance coaching, training, and support for analysts and managers.
• Manage team workload/capacity and engagement.
• Drive team expertise of services, tools, metrics, and client standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting role on Innovation Strategy or Sensory Product Research
• 2+ years experience operating as a Manager+ at NIQ (BASES Customer Success preferred)
• 3+ years people management and/or coaching experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics, and BASES software (Studio, BOWTIE, etc.)
