Full-Time Director, Product Management

Nuvem is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead a small team and drive success for our managed services portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Operate as a leader and champion for product management at Nuvem.
• Coach product managers to improve their craft.
• Participate in building a product strategy.
• Translate strategy into product plans and programs.
• Provide thoughtful feedback and identify efficiencies between projects.
• Deliver clear feedback and confront difficult situations.
• Partner with colleagues and customers at all levels.
• Build effective cross-functional relationships with senior leaders.
• Recognize trends and identify new opportunities.
• Translate strategies into clear and measurable goals.
• Develop communications material and value propositions.
• Gather customer feedback on existing products and products in development.
• Define ways to measure and track success.
• Refine prioritized solutions and features based on user needs.
• Prioritize problems, make trade-off decisions, and translate priorities into user stories.
• Manage cross-team dependencies.
• Support communication of the product vision to the cross-functional team.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product management experience within healthcare, some 340B experience within FQHC.
• 7+ years of experience managing product people.
• Understands industry, market, and product trends affecting customers.
• Experience working cooperatively with others and influencing without authority.
• Experience with agile software engineering methodology and the Product Owner role.
• Experience with common tools.
• Experience with measuring the effectiveness of service-oriented and SaaS products.
• 20% travel for team meetings, planning, and customer visits.
• Experience working in a full-time remote role.
