Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and implement the vision for the eWallet, enhancing the payment experience and increasing adoption across the HRX app.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to build secure, user-centric features aligned with business goals.
Continuous Improvement: Optimize eWallet functionality by leveraging data, user feedback, and industry trends to enhance the product experience.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform product decisions, define key performance metrics, and drive improvements.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product progress, updates, and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on fintech, mobile payments, or digital wallet products.
Strong understanding of payment systems, security, and user experience in the fintech space.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and managing product lifecycles.
Proven ability to create data-driven, customer-centric product strategies and optimize user experiences.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly to all stakeholders.
