True Classic is seeking a forward-thinking and analytical strategist to join as the Director of Product Strategy.

This role is pivotal in driving long-range product planning, innovation, and go-to-market excellence, offering you the chance to lead strategic initiatives that will impact our assortment.
Key Areas of Accountability
- Product Strategy Development: Evaluate growth potential, identify new opportunities, analyze customer & retailer feedback, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Product Analytics: Identify products driving advocacy, utilize data for immediate/long-term improvement, track performance metrics.
- Go-To-Market Planning: Develop a detailed go-to-market roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor/refine launch plans.
- Product Innovation: Establish a long-term product roadmap, drive unique product categories.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in product strategy, product management, or related roles within apparel/fashion.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven product analysis and strategic planning.
- Proven track record of successful product launches, driving growth.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, collaboration, influencing stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and trends.
