In Experian Analytics and Platforms, we're building a platform for financial institutions using leading data, AI, and ML tools, and cloud engineering for fair decision-making in consumer finance.
As Director of Tech Programs and Operations, you'll lead our journey to grow the Ascend Technology Platform across Experian's businesses, expanding GenAI and ML capabilities.
- Lead a team of 5+ technical program managers and scrum masters supporting SDLC and tech programs in Analytics, Platform, and GenAI development, working with over 250 engineers.
- Design program plans and oversee high-priority strategic programs for excellent outcomes, on-time delivery, and budget discipline.
- Partner with senior leaders in Product, Engineering, and Architecture across Experian's businesses to build partnerships, support platform adoption by global dev teams, and align tech delivery.
- Collaborate with the SVP of Analytics and Platform to shape team goals and strategy, improving execution.
