Full-Time Director, Vendor Governance

• Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and execute operational vendor strategies aligned with technology roadmap and business objectives. Manage diverse portfolio of vendor relationships.
• Performance Oversight & Governance: Establish performance metrics and conduct regular vendor reviews. Implement governance frameworks to track vendor performance, contract compliance, and service delivery excellence.
• Strategic Support & Analysis: Support leadership in contract negotiations by providing vendor performance data, market intelligence, and operational insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with VP Strategic Tech Delivery and SVP Procurement on vendor strategy and contract lifecycle management. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and operational teams to ensure unified vendor governance standards.
• Process Excellence & Scalability: Create scalable vendor management frameworks that support organizational growth. Develop standardized processes for vendor onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management.

• 8+ years progressive experience in vendor management, strategic partnerships, technology operations or similar.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with direct reports or matrix management responsibility.
• Experience driving governance authority and organizational change in complex environments.
• Proven expertise in technology vendor management, preferably in media, entertainment, broadcast, or high-technology industries.
• Strong track record of SLA management, vendor performance optimization, and operational excellence.
