Full-Time Domain Consultant - SecOps

Team overview The Domain Consultant team partners with customers to protect their digital environments and drive security adoption. As a Domain Consultant for SOC Transformation you will be the technical expert for the Cortex portfolio, evangelizing Security Intelligence, Automation, XDR, Attack Surface Management, SOAR and Incident Response.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within your specialization.
• Present to customers at all levels, from practitioners to senior leadership.
• Act as the main technical contact for Cortex, supporting RFIs/RFPs and competitive positioning.
• Lead and support demonstrations and Proof of Value (PoV) projects to achieve technical wins.
• Architect solutions, document high-level designs and key use cases to ensure implementation and value realization.
• Drive PoV win rates, discuss industry trends, and relay customer feedback to Product Management and R&D.

Required qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Security Operations or pre-sales/solution engineering with SIEM, SOAR, SOC, and/or XDR/EDR environments.
• IBM QRadar design, deployment or pre-sales experience highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of SOC processes and SIEM/SOAR solutions.
• Scripting experience a plus (Python preferred).
• Field sales position with potential travel; proficient in English.
