Role summary: The Ecosystem Acceleration Lead (EAL) is a channel role focused on helping partners build, scale, and sustain SASE businesses. The EAL owns the partner SASE business plan and partners with sales, technical, and ecosystem teams to drive partner-led pipeline and bookings.
Key responsibilities:
- Design partner routes to market: build SASE entry plays, expansion paths, and sales motions aligned to partner maturity.
- Create GTM operating systems: define plays, handoffs, execution models, and single-threaded narratives.
- Translate strategy into activation kits: develop decks, playbooks, briefs, and executive updates.
- Drive platform expansion and integrate services with sales plays to enable delivery, support expansion, and increase partner success.
- Activate execution and accountability: align regional channel, sales, and technical teams with clear ownership, tracking, and leadership visibility.
Required experience: 5+ years in channel management, ecosystem leadership, partner or business development in enterprise technology (cybersecurity preferred); experience in national, overlay, or program-based partner roles; ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority; strong bias for driving seller wins and operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Preferred experience: designing repeatable GTM partner motions at national scale, building scalable programs and assets, and inventing non-standard approaches to unlock partner outcomes.
Other: This role may require travel and a valid driver’s license.
