Are you passionate about digital and eager to gain hands-on experience? Join our eCommerce Market & Trading team as an Intern and contribute to impactful projects at both a regional and European level. You will work closely with the eCommerce Manager and Director, supporting daily operations, data analysis, and reporting while collaborating across multiple departments.
What will you do?
- Assist in daily operational tasks related to eCommerce activities.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with different teams to coordinate projects and ensure timelines are met.
- Contribute to various regional and European eCommerce initiatives.
- Gain exposure to digital marketing, trading, and online business strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist in daily tasks, updating support databases to help hotels.
- Project Participation: Support and contribute to key projects, like managing business reviews with niche OTAs.
- Data & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making.
- Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for optimization and suggest enhancements.
- Learning & Development: Participate in structured training aligned with career aspirations.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Reporting To: Anaëlle Sidokpohou – Senior Director eCommerce France & Mediterranean
Key Interactions: Market & Trading team, Digital Marketing Team, Operations

Profile:
- Education: Final-year student in a business or hospitality program
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, comfortable in fast-paced environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Technical Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Languages: Fluent in French and English, Spanish is a bonus
