Full-Time Ecosystem Solution Architect

As an Ecosystem Solution Architect (AI x Web3), you'll mentor developers from hackathons to large-scale AI applications.

You'll work directly with founders, developers, and teams, guiding them in architecting, optimizing, and integrating AI and blockchain technologies.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Developer Technical Guidance & AI x Web3 Integration:
• Mentoring developers on NEAR's AI and Web3 tooling, best practices, and smart contract design.
• Providing architectural guidance to founders for seamless AI model, decentralized storage, and smart contract integration.
• Supporting incubators, accelerators, and hackathons by leading technical deep dives, integration sessions, and code reviews.
• Advising on optimizing generative AI models for blockchain applications.

• Designing and leading technical workshops, hackathons, and deep-dives to educate developers on AI x Web3 best practices.
• Contributing to technical documentation, SDKs, and learning resources to enhance the developer experience on NEAR.
• Creating startup-specific content (blog posts, code samples) to help founders address technical challenges and accelerate time-to-market.
• Collaborating with DevRel, engineering, and product teams to address pain points, improve developer tools, and optimize AI x Web3 integrations.
• Developing reference architectures and playbooks for AI agent deployment on NEAR.

• Tracking developer progress from hackathons to long-term ecosystem contributors and startups.
• Building structured support programs for high-potential AI x Web3 teams, including funding, grants, and mentorship.
• Identifying repeatable success patterns from top-performing projects to refine NEAR's AI adoption strategy.
• Ensuring AI builders receive necessary technical and business support.

• Maintaining and analyzing developer engagement data to ensure effective technical support scaling.
• Tracking developer progression and conversion rates to optimize engagement strategies.
• Providing structured feedback to product and engineering teams to continuously improve the AI & Web3 developer experience.
