The Opportunity: Flywire seeks an EDU Account Manager (SMB) to execute strategies for improving and expanding client engagement, maximizing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilizes data to understand client profiles, needs, and goals.
- Ensures Flywire products/services support client success.
- Executes strategies to increase Flywire effectiveness on campus and resolve issues.
- Communicates with stakeholders via data-led campaigns and direct engagement.
- Has thorough understanding of Flywire products/services.
- Identifies additional ways Flywire can serve accounts.
- Partners with Sales to ensure clients understand potential benefits of additional products/services.
- Protects and grows existing accounts with scalable strategies.
- Identifies new revenue opportunities through existing products.
- Collaborates with Sales to close new product opportunities.
- Supports new client onboardings and new product deployments.
- Collaborates with Client Operations to resolve operational challenges.
- Represents Flywire in webinars and events.
- Contributes to team development with insights.
- Supports onboarding of new team members.
- Manages contract renewals.
Here's What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Communications, or Marketing)
- 2+ years experience in client/customer relationship management, success, or support
- CEFR minimum level of C1 in English & French
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Emotional intelligence & change management skills
- Engaging, personable, & confident presenter
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills
- Problem-solving & project management skills
- Accountable, proactive, and persistent.
- Experience in sales/account management in Higher Education preferred
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Business proficiency in English and French
