The Opportunity: Flywire seeks an EDU Account Manager (SMB) to execute strategies for improving and expanding client engagement, maximizing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes data to understand client profiles, needs, and goals.
  • Ensures Flywire products/services support client success.
  • Executes strategies to increase Flywire effectiveness on campus and resolve issues.
  • Communicates with stakeholders via data-led campaigns and direct engagement.
  • Has thorough understanding of Flywire products/services.
  • Identifies additional ways Flywire can serve accounts.
  • Partners with Sales to ensure clients understand potential benefits of additional products/services.
  • Protects and grows existing accounts with scalable strategies.
  • Identifies new revenue opportunities through existing products.
  • Collaborates with Sales to close new product opportunities.
  • Supports new client onboardings and new product deployments.
  • Collaborates with Client Operations to resolve operational challenges.
  • Represents Flywire in webinars and events.
  • Contributes to team development with insights.
  • Supports onboarding of new team members.
  • Manages contract renewals.

Here's What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Communications, or Marketing)
  • 2+ years experience in client/customer relationship management, success, or support
  • CEFR minimum level of C1 in English & French
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Emotional intelligence & change management skills
  • Engaging, personable, & confident presenter
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills
  • Problem-solving & project management skills
  • Accountable, proactive, and persistent.
  • Experience in sales/account management in Higher Education preferred
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Business proficiency in English and French
