Full-Time Email Automation Specialist

Email Automation Specialist will create, optimize, and manage automated email campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automated email marketing workflows (customer onboarding, re-engagement, lead nurturing).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for visually appealing emails.
• Conduct A/B testing on email content, subject lines, and send times.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation.
• Proficiency in email marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Passion for enhancing customer experiences.
