What you'll do:

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies for email, social media, and digital ad campaigns.
• Lead campaign creation, manage the full lifecycle, and use analytics to optimize performance.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure clear communication of results.
• Stay updated with industry trends, offering innovative solutions to elevate client campaigns.
• Mentor colleagues and act as a subject matter expert in email marketing, social platforms, and digital ads.

Why you re a great fit:

• BA/BS in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in high-volume environments, with at least 2 years in an agency setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Meta Business Manager, Facebook, Instagram, Constant Contact, and Canva. (Unbounce, Active Campaign, and TikTok a bonus.)
• Strong understanding and experience in SEO.
• Strong communication skills and creativity.
• Familiarity with HIPAA (preferred but not required)
