Email Deliverability Specialist (Full-Time)
iSpeedToLead — The Fastest-Growing PropTech SaaS Marketplace in the U.S.
We’re redefining how real estate deals are made in the U.S. And email is one of our most critical growth channels — fast, direct, and high-impact.
That’s why we’re hiring a technical-minded Email Deliverability Specialist to ensure our messages land in inboxes, not spam folders.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor & maintain email deliverability across domains, IPs, and senders
- Analyze inbox placement, sender reputation, bounce rates, and engagement data
- Troubleshoot issues like blacklisting, spam traps, and bounce anomalies
- Oversee ESP configurations, IP warm-up plans, and domain authentications (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Work closely with marketers, devs, and support to ensure email reliability at scale
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Have 3+ years of experience in email deliverability or technical email support
- Understand the inner workings of anti-spam technologies and industry best practices
- Are comfortable reviewing email performance metrics and acting on insights
- Speak and write confidently in English (B2/C1 level or higher)
- Are self-driven, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup
- Have a growth mindset and a desire to constantly sharpen your skills
What You’ll Get:
- A remote-first role in a fast-scaling U.S. SaaS startup with real traction
- The opportunity to own and optimize a critical growth infrastructure
- Transparent culture, flat structure, and real autonomy
- Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
- A chance to shape how millions of emails connect sellers and buyers in real estate
