About the team: The Marketing team at Plane owns key metrics like PLG revenue and PQLs for Sales. We work closely with Product Management, Product Design, Engineering, and Sales. Our goal is to convert self-serve users into paid customers through effective web, content, and conversion strategies.
Role and responsibilities: You'll be the lead for Plane's email strategy, from drips and newsletters to feature announcements and win-back campaigns. You'll own key email metrics, design effective email sequences, create newsletters, drive list growth, and optimize content and timing to increase conversions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in B2B SaaS email marketing, ideally in PLG environments.
- Proven experience growing and engaging email lists.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools.
- Strong copywriting skills with data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of email deliverability and list hygiene.
