Full-Time Email Marketing Specialist

Our client, an integrated marketing and creative agency, seeks an Email Marketing Specialist for their Content and Marketing team. You will lead email marketing campaigns for global clients, manage briefings, campaign setup, and provide recommendations for workflow and result improvements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments.
• Experience with ESPs (Selligent) and/or CRM (Selligent, Salesforce).
• Strategic mindset for content effectiveness.
• Understanding of segmentation, audience personas, customer life cycles, and behavior.
• Experience with A/B testing and dynamic templates.
• Proficiency in Marketing automation and workflows.
• HTML knowledge is desired.
• Positive and learning attitude.
• C2 or native English fluency (essential).
• EU work permit required.
