We seek an experienced Technical founder (CTO) to lead the development and growth of transformative AI ventures.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Shape the technology landscape for our AI-driven venture.
- Define and execute AI strategies.
- Develop and implement a technology roadmap, outlining milestones and timelines.
- Ensure technical direction aligns with business goals and market needs.
- Conduct technical due diligence for potential venture opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance during venture concept evaluation and selection.
- Drive research initiatives to explore new AI technologies.
- Build and mentor a cross-functional technical team.
Requirements - Technical Skills:
- Proven track record in AI research and development.
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and other AI technologies.
- Track record of bringing AI projects from conception to market.
- Successful commercialization of AI-driven products or ventures.
- Experience as a CTO or Tech leader in a startup or venture environment.
Requirements - Entrepreneurial and Leadership Skills:
- Commitment to a full-time, exclusive entrepreneurial journey.

- Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts.

Requirements - Business Development & Sales Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer acquisition.
- Ability to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Success in building and managing customer relationships to drive product adoption and growth.
- Ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies.
Fundraising & Board Experience (Preferred):
- Experience in fundraising, pitching to investors, and preparing investor presentations.
- Experience interacting with board directors.
