Full-Time Executive and Financial Officer

• Lead ERP system implementation: Learn and perfect ERP usage, implement aging reports for payables/receivables follow-up, and enhance ERP organization with filing and workflows.
• Assist logistics: Implement new workflow and track RFQs/Orders.
• Support Business Development Manager: Implement workflows, optimize department organization, and conduct performance reviews.
• Improve forecasting, reporting, planning, and deliverables.
• Assist Administrative Manager: General office works, collections, and billings.
• Prepare business plans for expansion.
• Cost Control: Implement processes, analyze monthly reports, assist in project cost control, provide variance reports, develop job cost templates, and monitor financial operations.
• Financial Oversight: Oversee financial employees, liaise with auditors, track financial status, minimize risk, provide insights to executives, review data, prepare reports, analyze performance, develop projections, and manage budgets.
• Cash Flow Management: Petty cash reconciliation, assist with cash flow forecasts, monitor cash flow, advise on payments, quantify risks, create dashboards, develop KPIs, research investments, safeguard cash assets, and maintain banking relationships.
