Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services. We design large hyperscale data center campuses and colocation data centers throughout the U.S. Projects are complex, often 200+ acres.
As an Experienced Civil Designer (Grading & Utility), you'll work on multi-disciplinary projects. You'll work closely with licensed engineers, utilizing Civil 3D and CAD software.
Your responsibilities include sheet production, independent utility and surface design, creating detailed drawings and models to communicate design intent. You'll frequently design using Pipe Networks, Pressure Pipe Networks, and Surfaces with Corridors and Feature Lines.
This role offers flexible work options: remote, hybrid, or in-office.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of drafting and design experience
- Utility design experience
- Surface analysis and creation experience
- BIM coordination
- Proficient in Civil 3D software
- Associate's degree in drafting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
