Full-Time Expert Brand Designer - B2B

Sword Health is seeking an Expert Brand Designer to join their growing B2B marketing team. They are looking for a talented and passionate designer to help build a pain-free world through technology and people.

Responsibilities:

• Design visuals that define brand strategy and guidelines.
• Lead design initiatives for B2B marketing campaigns, generating sales leads.
• Create marketing materials for various channels (email, paid ads, direct mail, etc.).
• Develop asset variations for A/B testing.
• Plan and execute multi-channel creative campaigns.
• Collaborate with B2B team, marketing leads, engineers, product teams, and other designers.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, meeting stakeholder expectations and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of design experience at a product company or agency. B2B experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Portfolio demonstrating excellent conceptual thinking and execution.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Suite.
• Proficient in layout composition, web, email, and print design.
• Ability to rationalize design decisions and communicate concepts clearly.
• Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
