Full-Time Expert Brand Designer - B2B Marketing

Sword Health is seeking a highly experienced Expert Brand Designer to join their fast-growing B2B marketing team.

About the Role: Design visuals defining brand strategy, create campaign concepts to generate leads, and design marketing materials (email, paid ads, direct mail, landing pages, presentations, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design visuals that define brand strategy and establish clear guidelines.
2. Lead design initiatives for B2B marketing, creating campaign concepts for sales leads.
3. Develop marketing materials for various channels (email, paid ads, direct mail, landing pages, etc.).
4. Create asset variations for A/B testing.
5. Plan and execute multi-channel creative campaigns.
6. Collaborate with B2B team, marketing leads, engineers, product teams, and other designers.
7. Own projects from concept to delivery.
8. Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality work on time.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of design experience at a product company or agency.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English).
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and execution.
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Suite.
• Proficient in layout composition, web, email, and print design.
• Ability to rationalize design decisions and communicate concepts clearly.
• Capable of working independently, managing multiple projects, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
