Key Responsibilities
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes across LATAM operations.
- Analyze financial performance and support monthly financial reviews and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, ensuring alignment with U.S. GAAP and local regulations.
- Collaborate with departments such as operations, sales, and delivery to align financial reporting with business needs.
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Help ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements.
- Assist with tax and regulatory filings in coordination with finance leadership and external partners.
- Contribute to cross-border initiatives and support financial aspects of expansion projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and local regulations.
Requirements
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional certifications or coursework in financial analysis, accounting, or reporting are a plus.
Experience
4+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related finance roles.
Experience in multinational environments or tech companies is preferred.
Familiarity with financial reporting tools and standards (U.S. GAAP is a plus).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
