Job Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Invoice Processing Specialist

Shift: Night Shift

Company Overview: We are looking for an motivated Accounts Payable (AP) Invoice Processing Specialist to join our Accounting Operations team.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and payment requests accurately and on time.
• Ensure payment details on invoices match vendor master data.
• Validate invoice data and correct any discrepancies.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with internal and external clients.
• Code invoices with correct general ledger accounts and cost centers.
• Process vendor journals, including credit memos and ACH debit transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly.
• Support AP ERP system testing for implementations and enhancements.
• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Strong data entry and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Education:
