Job Details
The Finance team manages financial processes, from project scopes to reconciliation, reporting billing, revenue, and SOW activity. They track staff utilization, labor, and costs, addressing invoice questions and generating reports.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant internship experience preferred, agency experience a plus
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the EVERSANA INTOUCH Finance team
- Process, track, and manage client billing systems and reports
- Ensure the integrity of system reports, client invoices and backups
- Work closely with agency Account Services and Operations teams
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- All other duties as assigned
EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
- Travel (not anticipated)
- Hours (40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday)
An individual must be able to successfully perform the expectations listed above.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to ensure timely completion of client billing and reports
- Detail-oriented, analytical, exceptional organizational skills
- Understanding of confidential information
- Professional, service-focused, quick learner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant internship experience preferred, agency experience a plus
