Lead Finance Automation & AI Integration: Drive continuous process enhancements by identifying inefficiencies and deploying automation solutions to optimize workflows, ensuring streamlined finance operations that support company growth.
Oversee automation opportunities within the finance area by assessing and prioritizing potential projects, and recommending effective solutions. Additionally, serve as the AI and technology champion within the Finance team, actively exploring AI-driven automation opportunities and identifying impactful use cases for AI in finance. Present these cases to the Finance team across DocPlanner to promote AI adoption across the organization.
Finance Saas advisor: Provide guidance on tools to enable Docplanner growth. Utilize AI-driven and machine learning solutions to deliver efficiencies, enhanced flexibility, accuracy, and ensure legal & statutory compliance.
Project Leadership: Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives, such as M&A; business, markets and product launches/changes; New Finance enhancements (implement new finance policies, reporting, updates, etc).
User Support, Training & Documentation: Create training materials and conduct workshops to promote systems adoptions and best practices. Maintain up-to-date documentation to support efficient systems usage across teams. Deliver primary assistance to users by resolving system problems and responding to inquiries.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT based Business Administration or equivalent is a must. A Master degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Finance operations, including direct responsibility on finance systems and processes (PTP, OTC, RTR).
- Tech-savvy (or tech-curious) mindset, not afraid of “getting your hands dirty” in understanding different tech solutions and tools in order to maximise their usefulness and the impact on team’s productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on system optimization, data integrity, and scalable process improvements.
- Detail-oriented and well-organised, and not afraid to hold others accountable (regardless of role and seniority) when the required processes and procedures are not followed.
- Hands-on approach and positive “can do '' mindset. Ability to navigate complex situations , prioritizing effectively, and succeeding in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and leading projects autonomously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to work independently.
- Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Zapier, Make, 8n8 or similar. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Full professional proficiency and ability to work in English, written and spoken (you will be part of the Global Team); knowledge of any other group language highly preferred.
- A big plus will be: NetSuite experience. Familiarity with programming languages like Python, SQL, or JavaScript .Ability to create dashboards using financial data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
