Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Business Partner (FBP) to join our growing Finance team. This strategic role will serve as a trusted advisor to divisional and practice leaders across J.S. Held.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track financial performance and support budgeting/forecasting.
- Analyze results and provide insights to guide business strategy.
- Partner with business leaders to align strategies with financial goals.
- Support the month-end close process.
- Build and apply financial models and ROI assessments.
- Communicate financial insights clearly.
- Collaborate across Finance, HR, and Operations.
- Leverage Finance team resources to improve reporting and decision support.
- Engage with senior leadership and influence outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus).
- 7+ years of Professional or business services or Divisional Finance experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly.
- Collaborative mindset.
