Full-Time Finance Business Partner

• Trusted partner to the Regional Operations Manager and General Managers.
• Build influential relationships across the business.
• Shape performance and challenge decision-making.
• Deliver commercially sound recommendations.
• This role will require weekly travel.
• Venues: Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Blackpool, Newcastle, Stockton & Sunderland.

• Partner with regional leadership to understand business needs and deliver insightful analysis.
• Lead and develop the Data & Revenue Reporting function.
• Deliver deep-dive analysis from diverse data sets.
• Manage P&L budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Own the development and review of investment models.
• Support report automation and predictive forecasting.
• Take ownership of assigned cost lines.
• Continuously improve finance processes.
• Travel extensively across your region.

• Proven track record of successful business partnering.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
• A desire for continuous improvement around data quality.
• The ability to confidently engage and influence stakeholders.
• The ability to communicate financial information effectively.
• Enthusiastic about numbers, analysis and continuous improvement.
• Motivated and able to use initiative.
