Job Details
The Finance Development Program - GL provides comprehensive financial training and hands-on experience within our Global Finance Services (GFS) teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support basic month end close processes and journal entries using Oracle and OBIEE.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and support ad hoc requests for revenue/cost reporting and analysis.
- Create basic standardization and efficiencies across financial reporting and analysis models.
- Support basic monthly tasks for the corresponding department.
- Follow service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
- Create desktop procedure documents for routine processes.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in Accounting or Business Administration studies (3rd year completed).
- Advanced English level.
- Proficiency in Excel (SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles or forecasting concepts.
- No more than 1 year of professional experience in accounting/finance.
- Commitment to participate in the program for at least 12 months.
