Job Details
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join Experian's North America Automotive business. This is a critical role for a strategic, analytical finance leader who can drive performance, deliver clarity, and help us scale. In this remote role, you'll report to the Senior Director of Finance.
What you'll do
- Lead monthly cost forecasting, capital planning, and scenario analysis, including product-level revenue reporting and innovation tracking
- Track and manage technology/cloud spend, contractor costs, and labor allocations; oversee CapEx forecasting and controls for prepayments and accruals
- Oversee the annual cost budgeting process and long-range planning cycle, aligning inputs across business partners and shared services
- Deliver accurate reporting across the P&L, costs, and KPIs, producing dashboards and executive-ready insights
- Partner with shared services and manage one offshore analyst to ensure consistency and quality of reporting
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Regional Finance teams to align on financial goals and business plans
- Translate complex financial data into clear, applicable insights that support leadership decision-making
- Analyze costs by function and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and expense optimization
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve processes, and scale recurring analysis
- Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, and Hyperion to enhance reporting, insights, and decision support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environment, including FP&A and project management experience
- Experience balancing between detailed and the high-level summaries while maintaining accuracy
- Experience developing predictive analyses and using large datasets
