Full-Time Finance Operations Manager

• Process and manage financial and operational requests in 1C, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data and documentation.
• Maintain and update financial reports in Excel.
• Provide day-to-day support to the finance team and collaborate with accounting, procurement, and other internal departments.
• Oversee internal documentation flow and support request approvals.
• Work closely with the travel department to ensure timely payment processing for tickets, hotels, and conferences.
• Regularly update and analyze travel-related expense reports and payment requests for accuracy.

Requirements:

• Practical experience with 1C.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, filters; pivot tables are a plus)
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and patience when working with data
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
• Proactive, organized, and responsible approach to daily tasks
• Languages: Ukrainian native, English B1.
