Job Details
Financial Accountant ensures timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial information for internal and external users. This position works closely with the global finance and accounting team to develop consistent, scalable, and sustainable processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end close, including preparation of journal entries
- Reconcile bank account activity monthly
- Post monthly prepaid asset journals and accruals
- Perform monthly reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts
- Prepare and record intercompany debit and credit notes
- Reconcile trial balance to local books
- Reconcile monthly tax reports to the ledger
- Maintain the fixed assets register
- Assist with recording AR payments and collections
- Assist with financial statement audits
- EMEA - Assist with accounting in wider EMEA region
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
Skills & Abilities
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite (preferred)
