Full-Time Financial Accountant

Financial Accountant will support German operations, manage Token Group financials, and provide accurate reporting.

Role Summary

• Monthly Reporting & Compliance: Prepare monthly management reports, assist in Group financial reporting, manage discrepancies between German GAAP and US GAAP, submit regulatory reports, ensure reporting & tax compliance.
• Operational Finance: Manage sales & purchase ledgers, oversee cash flow, review payroll submissions, complete tax filings.
• Audit & Risk Management: First point of contact for German audit firm.
• System & Process Improvement: Assist with new software implementations and project work.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with German directors and the global team.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English
• Accounting Qualification: Relevant certification, strong understanding of German GAAP
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in financial accounting, proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, experience in Fintech, FS, or payments preferred.
• Other Skills: Trained accountant/auditor, familiarity with BaFin regulations, understanding of US and UK GAAP.
